How Do I Book a BZ Party?
Booking a party is easy! Just give us a call to make your reservation or send us an email
with the date and time requested and someone will contact you to plan your party. Or better yet book your party right here online! It's easy and SO convenient!!
Is A Deposit Required?
Yes, a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Classic or Ultimate Party. $150 deposit is required for the Mega Bounce Party. A $50.00 deposit if required to reserve a Bounce and Play party. The balance is due and payable before your party begins.
How Many Guests Can I Invite?
You can invite up to 8 guests for the BZ Bounce and PLay party, 15 guests for the BZ Classic Party and up to 25 guests for the BZ Ultimate Party. You can invite up to 50 guests for a MEGA BOUNCE Party!
What If I Want More Than 8, 15 or 25 Guests?
Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge for each additional guest.
Does The Headcount Include Parents, Grandparents, etc?
The headcount includes party attendees 2 through 18 years of age. Adults 18 and over are free!
Do I Need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
What Time should I arrive for the party?t time should I get there?
We recommend that the host(s) and birthday child arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the party. At that time you will be escorted back to your party room by your hostess to inspect your party room, set down your cake, etc. If you are using your own decorations you can set those up as well and we are happy to assist you. We strongly recommend that you advise guests not to arrive more than 5 minutes prior to party time!
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Bounce Zone or online.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required. We also sell socks in case anyone forgets!
Will Bounce Zone provide supervision in the play area?
Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable arena so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena
We are sorry but we cannot extend the play time in the inflatable arena.
Can I spend more than the designated time in the party room?
Please check with us prior to the party to arrange an extension to your time in the party room. Please note that the total party time cannot exceed 90 minutes for a BZ Bounce and Play or Classic Party, 2 hours for a BZ Ultimate Party and 3 hours for a MEGA BOUNCE Party.
Can we start the party in the party room?
Because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena.
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena.
Will there be a Bounce Zone staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - all BZ Parties will have a party host/hostess. They are assigned to keep your party on schedule and to assist you in the party room.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. We do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
Can my host or hostess accept gratuity?
Tips are always appreciated by our hardworking staff, and they are most definitely allowed to accept them. However, they are not required
When should I order pizza, beverages, tokens, goodie bags, balloons, & other options?
We’ll call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, tokens, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.
Can I bring food to my party?
You may bring cake and cupcakes to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.
Can I bring in my own drinks?
Bounce Zone offers bottled water, juice boxes, Capri Suns and soda for purchase. No outside drinks are permitted.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our BZ goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons. We’d be happy to inflate your balloons for $.75 each.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please)
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We require 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule a party. If you are within 6 days of the party we require 50% of the party price or 100% within 2 days. Call us at 409-924-ZONE for more information.
